Mistral

Mistral has been one of the most leading brands in the area of surfing sports since 1976. Throughout the years there has been marketed an entire scale of sports- and lifestyle products under the Mistral globally; clothing, sunglasses, and travel wear, but also a series of holiday resorts that are entirely dedicated to water sports vacations.

Besides (wind)surfing, Mistral has paid attention to newer sports as well, like kite surfing, and SUP (stand up paddle) boarding. In cooperation with a very expansive network of licensees there is now further being worked at the building and expanding of the brand Mistral.

Inaday for Mistral

To keep Mistral an exclusive brand there have been executed a number of worldwide trademark registrations by Inaday.

Besides that, Inaday takes care of the daily maintenance of the trademark portfolio, in the name of, and in close cooperation with Mistral International BV. Besides the registrations and the renewal of trademarks one can hereby also think of watching the trademark through the watching of the register, and domain name watching, or even of the coming into action against other parties that are, consciously or not, infringing the rights of Mistral International.

The development of the trademark is being followed by Inaday as well, so that there will not be any loopholes in the protection when, for example, new markets will be entered.
